Shipping policy

Overview

We currently ship all orders from within Australia using AusPost.

Some items are made-to-order, while others are shipped directly from our Neighbourhood Merch head office.

This means your order may arrive in separate shipments depending on the products purchased.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are usually processed the same day.

For made-to-order items, additional production time of 1–3 working days may apply before shipping.

AusPost Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 10–12 working days
AusPost Express Delivery
Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days

Everything else

Parcel Post Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 4–6 working days
Express Post Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

Important Notes

Orders may be shipped separately. We work with multiple suppliers which means orders containing more than one product category may be shipped from different locations.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and peak periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
We will always do our best to assist if something goes wrong, but delays and delivery issues may be outside of our control.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
